Fifth Day - Dream Youth Acts Eco Logically
Day 5 of the "Dream Youth Acts Eco Logically" (DYAEL) Youth Exchange began with an energizing session led by the enthusiastic Georgian team. This session aimed to foster camaraderie and excitement, setting a positive tone for the day. Activities encouraged collaboration and creative thinking, ensuring full engagement from participants.
Next, participants engaged in a discussion on water pollution, dividing into small groups to research how human activities contribute to this issue. They discovered that about 80% of the world's water resources are affected by pollution from industrial waste, agricultural runoff, and plastic debris. Each group shared compelling statistics and insights, highlighting the global nature of the problem and regional challenges.

As discussions progressed, participants examined the impact of water pollution on marine life, noting the extinction of species like the Baiji dolphin and leatherback turtle. This emphasized the urgent need for action to protect vulnerable creatures and their habitats, igniting a passionate call to action among participants.

In the "A Conscious Nature Lover" session, participants explored pristine landscapes through trekking activities, connecting with nature and reinforcing the importance of environmental preservation. They showcased their digital skills by capturing the beauty around them through photography, raising awareness about conservation.
